1 drain wattie's peach slice in light syrup, and reserve the syrup.Cut peaches
into small piece,s

2.Cut the marshmallow into quarter

3. in mixing bowl, soften tip top Apricot creamy yogurt ice cream (without allowing it to melt).
Stir through cut marshmallow,s

4. Crush a meringue into each of 6 individual serving dishes. spoon over a few chopped peaches and drizzle in a little of the syrup. Top with a scoop of  of yogurt ice cream repeat layer,s  finish with yogurt ice cream.

5.place in the freezer for 10 minute to allow the yogurt ice cream to firm u. Serve drizzled with a little
of melted chocolate or a sprinkling chopped nut,s .

Note. This desert can be made in a one large serve bowl if wished.
